Healthy Kids Day

Healthy Kids Day is a free, family-focused community event designed to inspire healthy habits and connect families to resources that support youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Hosted by the Vic Coppinger Family YMCA, this high-energy event brings hundreds of local families together for a morning of hands-on activities, wellness education, youth sports demos, games, giveaways, and community connections. It’s a true celebration of kids, families, and the organizations that support them.
